The Benefits of Bone Broth



So, why is bone broth tending? well, I added it into my diet due to health issues and I was trying to get to the "healthiest" point possible before my recent surgery hoping it would make recovery a little easier. I already include hemp/cbd oil, cider vinegar, and liquid vitamin's D and B12 daily. It's been said that 8oz daily can support the body and it's systems in many different ways. Including with reducing inflammation, and heal the gut. The amino acids in the broth help with this process. The amino acids may also aid in better sleep for some. It may be beneficial for those with conditions such as leaky gut, which irritates the mucosal lining in the intestines and interferes with the body's ability to digest food. It's rich in vitamins and nutrients, including calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous. It's a great source of gelatin, which may break down into collagen in the body. Which has an impact on our joints, because of this it may also help prevent against osteoarthritis. Drinking bone broth daily may be a simple yet effective way to get anti-inflammatory amino acids into the body. The broth may also aid in weight loss, due to how it can effectively help heal the gut and reduce inflammation. Also, because of it contains high protein, which helps the body feel fuller for longer.
