A Quick Meditation for Anywhere and Anytime
Wherever you are, take a moment, sit, stand, lay.
If comfortable doing so, close your eyes.
Breathing gently, naturally, allow yourself to be still, and follow the rhythm of your breath.
As you breathe in, notice your lungs and abdomen expanding,
As you breathe out, notice the feeling of letting go.
Breathe in, positivity
Breathe out, negativity
Breathe in, energy and light
Breathe out, and tension or stressors
Breathe in, gratitude for today,
Breathe out, feeling calm, relaxed, and ready to continue your day.
Repeat as needed.
